[video] Being skilled isn't the same as being seen (in a big company)

I had a challenge for myself to create and share a video.

I'm a really big fan of the whiteboard + webcam format. It's simple and requires close to zero post-production - it puts more emphasis on what is said rather than how it's presented.

I know this format can come across as rather dull to some (I personally enjoy it), but I'm hoping to reach a workflow where getting a video out feels more like fun rather than a chore.

Anyhow, this is the first video.
