My name is Tibi Iorga.

Right now, I’m a Senior Product Manager at Cera, where I focus on systems that support 10,000+ carers delivering healthcare across the UK. Before that, I helped scale Medicspot’s digital care platform and built creative tooling at Spirable.

I write The Quiet Part of Product to explore the messy human side of cross-team product development.

This isn’t a collection of hot takes. It’s an attempt to understand what happens between intent and outcome. That weird moment in a product cycle when you can feel things start to drift, not because the strategy was wrong, but because of how people work, react, and adjust around each other. Some are short observations, others are longer reflections. Occasionally, I’ll write things aimed at earlier-career PMs, mostly notes I wish I had earlier on.

Just to note: I don’t write about my employer. Even when something at work sparks a topic, I draw from conversations with peers, product communities, books, and past experience.
